This agent can be used to reduce the parting drag so as to eliminate deformation of sand mold. It shows an evident parting effect. When the agent is sprayed on the box, it can repeat to use.Wgile parting the mold, the inner surface of the mold is clean without any fouling, and it ensures the core dimension effectively. There is not any residual on the core so that application of coating agent will not be affected, with the advantages of stable quality, no delamination and long-term storage. This agent has the characteristics of safety and reliability because of adoption of deionized soft water and millicron silicon material imported from oversea.

Method of application |
First of all, clean the mold with organic solvent or by other method, heat the mold to the temperature of 200℃-250℃ then spray the agent on the mold. Do not use the mold till the agent is dry enough. According to the various size and shape, the mold should be resprayed every 10-100 times. Otherwise some fouling will remains on the mold, and the dimension precision of sand core will be affected. The agent must be applied uniformly both with sprayer or brush. |
